The 16th Japan-Korea-Taiwan Workshop on Strongly Correlated Electron Systems will be held in Tokyo in February, 2016. This symposium originally started as a workshop devoted to recent advances in the growing field of strongly correlated materials in Korea and Japan. Now it has evolved into a trilateral Japan-Korea-Taiwan Workshop, reflecting further vigorous research activities in Asian countries. The purpose is to provide a forum for discussion on the latest progresses on a broad range of topics in strongly correlated materials. The Workshop also aims at encouraging young researchers and students to actively participate in the activity and to interact with researchers from abroad.
